The Elliot Foundation Trust (TEFAT) has now determined the Billesley Primary School's Admissions Policy for the academic year 2024/2025

In year admission arrangements for 2023 - 2024

In-year admissions should be made directly to the academy. Parents/carers can apply for a place for their child at any time between September and the end of term in July. On receipt of an in-year application, the academy will notify the local authority of both the application and its outcome, to allow the local authority to keep up to date with figures on the availability of academy places in Birmingham.  

To apply for an in-year admission place for your child please click on the link below to fill in and submit the in-year application form. Your child/children will be placed on our waiting list and we will inform you as soon as a place becomes available.

If your child was born between 1st September 2020 and 31 August 2021 and you wish to place their name on our waiting list for September 2024, the form below will become live on Monday 8th January 2024.

Appeals

Appeals are administered by the Local Authority for this Academy. Parents who wish to appeal against the decision to refuse their child admission should contact the School Admissions and Pupil Placements Service on 0121 303 1888 to request an appeal form. Appeals will be heard by an independent panel.
