It is important that the staff are informed who is to collect your child from the Club. Please let staff know if someone different is to collect your child at any time by ringing the Main School Office on 0121 675 2800  before 3.30 pm or  0121 675 2800  option 1 after 4:30 pm.

Parents must come into the Club and report to the staff to sign their children out. This also gives staff the opportunity to discuss any issues with you or pass on any messages from your child’s class teacher.

Behaviour

We expect the same standard of good behaviour in the clubs as in school. Children will be encouraged to treat each other and members of staff with consideration, respect and good manners. We aim to create a family atmosphere where the children will mix with all age groups and help each other. The clubs follow the same Behaviour Policy as the school. Any concerns about individual behaviour will be discussed as they arise and may be refereed to Mr Rogerson as necessary.

Health & Safety

The Health and Safety of the children and staff at both clubs is of paramount importance. The clubs will be subject to the same Health and Safety inspections as the school an any issues reported to the Governing Body.

Child Protection

We are committed to the highest standards in protecting and safeguarding the welfare of the children in our care at all times. Our staff have been fully trained and supported. Social Services require us to contact them if we believe a child is at risk of harm or abuse. In the first instance, any concerns will be reported to one of the Designated Safeguarding Leads.
